Whether you’re unraveling after birth, grieving what was, navigating the complexities of motherhood, or longing to feel more connected to yourself again, therapy can offer a space to slow down, be held, and heal.
Therapy for women navigating motherhood, healing, becoming, and the tender spaces in between.
Meet Jessica
Hi, I’m Jessica. I’m a therapist, mother, doula, and the founder of Intuitively Well Therapy.
I work with women navigating birth trauma, postpartum transitions, identity shifts, grief, body image concerns, sexuality, and the emotional complexity of motherhood and becoming.
Many of the women I work with feel overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, disconnected from themselves, or like they are carrying more than anyone can see. Some are trying to make sense of a birth experience that still feels heavy in their body. Others are grieving versions of themselves they miss while trying to care for everyone around them.
The way I hold this work is grounded in warmth, honesty, and deep compassion. I do not believe people need to be fixed. I believe healing often begins when we feel safe enough to slow down, tell the truth about what we are carrying, and no longer hold it alone.
As a trained doula, I bring a deeper understanding of the emotional, relational, and embodied experience of pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and becoming a mother. My doula training has shaped the way I listen, hold space, and understand the lasting impact birth and early motherhood can have on a woman’s mental and emotional well-being.
My hope is that this feels like a space where you can exhale a little. Where you do not have to perform, hold it all together, or navigate it alone.

My Approach to Therapy
My approach is relational, holistic, and deeply compassionate. While I draw from a variety of therapeutic frameworks, I always begin with you: your story, your body, your relationships, your lived experience, and the pace that feels safe for your nervous system.
I believe therapy is more than symptom management. It is a space to slow down, make meaning of your experiences, reconnect with yourself, and explore the patterns, emotions, and stories that may be shaping your life beneath the surface.
I listen with curiosity and care for both what is spoken and what is harder to put into words. Together, we create space for honesty, reflection, healing, and growth without pressure to perform or “have it all figured out.”
The frameworks I draw from include:
Narrative Therapy
Exploring the stories that have shaped you and creating space for new meaning and possibilities
IFS-Informed Work
Honoring the different parts of you with compassion, especially the parts carrying pain, protection, fear, or overwhelm
Embodied Spirit Wheel (4-D Wheel)
A holistic framework that explores your experiences through mind, body, heart, and spirit while creating space for deeper reflection, healing, and self-understanding
EMDR Therapy
Exploring how trauma, stress, and emotion are carried in the body while supporting nervous system healing and resilience
Expressive Arts & Creative Processing
Using creativity, metaphor, movement, and reflection to access healing beyond words alone
My work has been shaped by trauma-informed therapists, somatic educators, birth workers, spiritual teachers, artists, writers, and mothers who speak honestly about the complexity of healing and being human.
I also believe the therapeutic relationship itself can be deeply healing. Together, we may notice what feels safe, what feels tender, how you protect yourself, and how you long to be seen. Over time, this awareness can create meaningful shifts not only within yourself, but in the way you move through your relationships and your life.
