Join Our Birth Story Processing Group: A Healing Space for Birth Stories

This 90-minute therapy group, led by licensed therapists, is designed for parents seeking to process and integrate their birth experience in a meaningful way. Using an *Embodied Spirit framework—engaging Body, Mind, Heart, and Spirit—*this group provides a structured yet compassionate space to explore the emotions and impact of your birth story. Limited to 8 participants.

This Group Will Support You If You’ve Experienced:

✔ A difficult or traumatic birth and want a space to process and heal
✔ A birth experience that still feels unresolved, bringing up emotions like grief, confusion, or frustration
✔ Pregnancy after a past birth that you want to process so you can feel more grounded and prepared for your next
✔ A sense of disconnection from your body, identity, or relationships since giving birth and want to explore how your experience has shaped you

What is Birth Story Processing?

Birth is a transformative experience that leaves lasting emotional and physical imprints. Whether your birth was joyful, complex, or unexpected, you may still be carrying emotions that haven’t been fully processed.

This experiential therapy group provides a space to explore the deeper layers of your birth story, using:

✔ Guided self-reflection and somatic awareness to connect with your body’s wisdom
✔ Emotional processing and meaning-making exercises to bring clarity and peace
✔ Group witnessing and connection to feel seen, validated, and supported

This is not a traditional birth story circle where stories are simply shared. Instead, it is a facilitated process of integration, allowing you to make sense of what still lingers and move forward feeling more whole, grounded, and connected to your story.
